Ring-Shaped Conveying Line

Features: 1) Specialized auxiliary equipment used for producing PU plastic products 2) Conveying products are injected into the mould by the injection machine, then into the baking channel to heat and cure through small carriages 3) Baking channel on the line: good insulating property, equipped with air-curtain on both sides, air-fan in each segment to reduce energy exhaustion 4) Electrical spiral filament installed on the top of the baking channel to heat 5) Hot-air is blown to products by the air-fan so as to stabilize temperature and to ripen products 6) Two added special segments of baking channel are used to ensure moulds are pre- heated and the de-moulding agent is dried 7) Chain strip driven by speed-adjustable electromotor, used to connect small carriages and have stable movement 8) Mated small carriages, with fixtures of automatic opening and closing Specifications: 1) Power supply: 380V / 50Hz 2) Total power: 65 - 100kW, or in conformity with orders 3) Conveying speed: 1 - 6.5m/min
